FAQ
Plain-English answers to common questions.
What does AI Ask Ready do?
We help businesses improve how they are presented, discovered and chosen. That includes websites, search visibility, AI-assisted discovery, local visibility, content and conversion, and the business systems and workflows that support them.
Is AI Ask Ready a web design company?
We build and improve websites, but that is one part of the work. A better website only matters if the business is easy to find, easy to understand and easy to contact. We work across all of those layers.
Is AI Ask Ready an SEO agency?
Search visibility is one workstream, alongside AI-assisted discovery, local visibility, content, conversion and internal systems. Positioning us only as an SEO firm would understate the work.
What are AEO and GEO?
Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) refer to structuring a business's information so search engines and AI tools can understand and summarize it accurately. In practice that means clear service pages, useful FAQs, structured data, consistent business details and credible proof — not standalone tricks.
Can you guarantee that an AI platform will recommend my business?
No. Third-party platforms control their own outputs and change over time. We improve clarity, consistency and technical foundations so the business is easier to find and understand, but we do not guarantee that any AI tool will name or recommend it.
Do I need a new website?
Not automatically. We first look at whether the existing website can be improved through clearer structure, stronger messaging and targeted technical changes. Replacement is recommended only when it solves a specific problem.
Can you improve my existing website?
Yes. Many engagements focus on tightening service pages, messaging, content structure, conversion paths and technical foundations on the site the business already has.
Can you implement the recommendations?
Yes. Assessment, prioritization and implementation are handled inside a single engagement, so recommendations turn into working pages, content, systems and workflows.
Do you work with law firms and regulated businesses?
Yes. Our experience includes law firms and other regulated or reputation-sensitive businesses. Client-facing professional content remains subject to qualified client review.
Can you help with ecommerce?
Yes. Ecommerce work includes catalog and service content, category structure, product pages, conversion paths and the visibility signals that help customers find and evaluate the brand.
Can you improve internal workflows?
Yes. We review ownership, handoffs, follow-up, reporting and tool usage, then help implement practical improvements — including AI-supported workflows where they add speed or consistency without adding risk.
What happens after I request a review?
We read what you shared, look at the website when provided, and reply within one to two business days with clarifying questions or a recommended starting point. When useful, we set up a short call before proposing any scope.
How is pricing determined?
Projects are scoped based on the work required. After the initial review, you receive a clear recommended starting point and scope so the investment matches the outcome.
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on the number of pages, existing content, technical requirements, access and review turnaround. A realistic schedule is confirmed with the scope, not before.
